    Description

    A nice small lot of used Victoria, some nice cancels and a perfin included. No obvious faults but I volunteered to sell an old Milwaukee stamp dealers stock on Ebay on behalf of a local non-profit. It looks like the dealer stopped selling in the 1970s. I hired some kids to sort the entire stock by country so these stamps have not been touched by a collector in about 50 years. I know nothing of Victoria so these have not been
