Have a Eaton Airflex 14CB400 Single Flange 14" Clutch or Brake Element Assembly 142087.
Does NOT come with friction pads. Comes as shown, does have some surface paint scratches. Here are some measurements, from picture one, the O.D of the mounting flange is 19 5/8" the inside of the flange is 17 1/2". The I.D of the rubber liner is 14 5/8", the thickness of the
rubber
liner is 1 7/16". The last picture the height of the outer steel is ring from the mounting surface to the top is 4 3/4" and the overall height to the top of the rubber is 5 1/8". The mounting bolts holes are roughly 3 11/16" on centers

roughly
18 7/8". Holes are 3/8"
